Not helpful at all!

Rather poor service. Some managers do not even know what to do and sometimes there were rude and unfriendly to me. The website freezes all the time. You cannot fill in the application form. On June 29, 2015, I locked myself out of my apartment when taking out the trash. It was almost 1:00am. Wrong Meter Creation

Today I took Alvis Taxi No. 114. Calling and gathering me, everything was ok and I would say that the driver only spoke foreign. But then at first glance, the distance traveled did not correspond exactly to the meter reading. The price was announced as 0.25 USD / km, but grew noticeably faster. The trip was not even 50 km, but in the end the amount was 20 USD. Although with boarding, 2 minutes of waiting and congestion standing that wasn't so much, they were at least 20km more than they should be after charging me missing. In addition, I noticed that in some places the price increased by 30 santims during 100m (!). Addressing it is just a justification for nothing. As there were belongings, I couldn't stop the trip earlier, but now this will definitely be my last with Alviks. Then it is better to pay more, at least you will not be cheated, will address you in American and have a more pleasant conversation while moving!
