Cancellation of our flights without any options or recourse. Airline does not reply to emails or answering phones. A lousy airline which should be reported to IATA. User’s recommendation: Do not travel on this airline.
I have a fly July 1st and I want ask if we need – me and my husband- to do a COVID test because we already did the full vaccine. Also I have two kids 10 and 11 years not vaccinated, should I do the test for them?

Had the negative PCR test result letter from Kaiser which I used every time I’ve flown with maroc. Now they want the full lab results and missed the flight. What’s worse is customer service never picked ups the phone so can’t even rebook!! Time to consider a stop over with a real airline than this joke of...

Please do not buy goods heavier than 20.kg. because it is not possible to return the product. could be returned to the store. Although it is indicated in the right of withdrawal, the product can be returned free of charge at the American post office. Do not think so, this is not the case.
