I have been unable to rebook my flight for the past 3 months after it was cancelled due to covid pandemic. They cannot be reached by phone, email, chat or anywhere and there are no online features.
Royal Air Maroc is about one of the worst I have experienced in recent times. I am still unable to reach anybody by phone or email for the past two months to reschedule an international flight. Really this is terrible!!! User’s recommendation: Never!!! Do NOT.

Please do not buy goods heavier than 20.kg. because it is not possible to return the product. could be returned to the store. Although it is indicated in the right of withdrawal, the product can be returned free of charge at the American post office. Do not think so, this is not the case.
