Quality
I 've been watching pizza quality for over a year, and now it's really clear that the quality standard is lower than lower. We have not risked trying in other branches, but we clearly know that if the pizza is ordered in Downtown, it will be raw. At first I thought, ok, a little who doesn't happen, hurry, a lot of orders, but after countless times it became clear that it is no longer a coincidence. The signs are very simple - when you take the pizza in your hands, it just falls out, all the topping falls off, because it has not even managed to fry. The dough, of course, completely raw, because when baked is only the bottom and edges of the base, but the middle is soft. On the palate, you can tell right away, just as in childhood tasted freshly mixed dough even before baking pies. I tried it even today, because a new branch has just opened at the Furniture House, it was previously at Maxim. I guess maybe you'll be lucky, another baker or something, but nothing. Full mouth raw dough and vegetables. I can't say whether the same misfortune is really happening in other branches, but, as I mentioned, when ordering in Downtown, 100% of cases are brought unfried. Please pay attention to the dough, the taste of the dough. Maybe you're so used to the taste that you don't pay attention at all. Especially if you live in Downtown and like to order from Lulu.
