Return roku and cancel Subscription

I became a client only for one reason to watch Russian TV. Sales representative said 4 major channels will be including in roku subscription. It was lie. None of the channels are for free. So I wont fully return. I talked a week ago and um surprised that this issue is not resolved yet. Thanks
