Replacement boots

Hello. I just received my replacement boots from Rocky. Your customer service contact person (Kayla) was very prompt and courteous in responding to my request and helping with this process. It is nice to know that some companies still back their products. Thanks again. Mike Mumper User’s recommendation: give rocky brands a look.
