The Groupon voucher had not been applied when I placed my order. I had been having difficulty navigating the Blooms Today website. The problem could have been due to my WiFi. I called Blooms Today. Their representative was kind, professional and efficient. She patiently and quickly resolved the problem.
Ordered flowers 3 days before the funeral. Flowers never delivered. Blooms Today chose to cancel the order after the funeral. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY User’s recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Flowers are not what I ordered User’s recommendation: Get a picture of what was delivered and compare to what was ordered.
