we originally had rocket mortgage, no problems…..refinanced no problem, tried to refinance this year for 3mths now and they can’t verify my employment through my paystubs and fax from a company i have worked for 24yrs?!?!?!?!

Gave a 30 day closing date and never even notified me about delays I had to call to get a run around still sitting in pending an appraisal. User’s recommendation: Don/t use this company.
DO NOT use Drew Nossaman | Senior Banker or ANY services from so called”rocket mortgage” They gave me a preapproval and then removed it, costing me 4K in deposit money. They are also slow to respond and slow to close on my prior mortgage. User’s recommendation: find a different lender.
