Placed order 9:43 am Tuesday June 29th, paid $18.99 for next business day delivery, June 30th. 4:58 pm June 29th rock auto email confirmed “your rock auto has shipped! Order number [protected]”. Per Fedex, the order never shipped. The label was printed by Fedex but rock auto never delivered parts to Fedex. A total sham and lie.... Read more ➤

My order [protected] placed on may 5, 2021 was charged 2 shipping charges and order was in the same cart. Why is this?

The order should have been charged only one shipping charge, I would like a refund . I think Rockauto has made a mistake and I would like it corrected. I tried all the options on the help page and did not get anywhere.
