Not working WiFi

I'm driving on December 12, 2020. by train Hill-Lubbock (7.42) it is written that the train is provided with WiFi, but it does not work. I restarted the phone several times. Occasionally misses between stations and train stations, but nothing. The circle will turn and after a long time it announces that there is no connection.
