We’ve had problems since the very beginning with RingCentral. They were a nightmare to deal with. For every issue, you call the call center and waste so much time explaining the same issue to a different person. Fraud
At the beginning of the summer, I sent an application for translation services, and I received a reply from them at the end of July as to whether I was still interested. Since I was out of work at the time, I agreed. From the end of July to September, I did several large-scale translations, for which I had to receive over 600 AUD. I have sent invoices to the accounting officer and also received from her in return the acts I have signed. But so far I haven't seen a single cent. They do not answer my questions about payment. At the moment, I have given them a deadline of 26. 10. 2020 to pay my bill if I do not pay, I will go to the police and the court. I encourage everyone to watch out for this business.
