They don’t know how their interface works. It’s impossible to schedule and finish implementation with them before the 30 day trial and then they lock you into a 2 year agreement. They are awful. When you do the implementation they don’t even know their own interface well enough to show others how to use it. Terrible terrible....

Auto-renewed our contract for 2 years when we ported over our number to another company and won’t let us cancel or down-grade service unless we pay for the entire term of the 2-year contract we were forced into without our knowledge. Fraud
At the beginning of the summer, I sent an application for translation services, and I received a reply from them at the end of July as to whether I was still interested. Since I was out of work at the time, I agreed. From the end of July to September, I did several large-scale translations, for which I had to receive over 600 AUD. I have sent invoices to the accounting officer and also received from her in return the acts I have signed. But so far I haven't seen a single cent. They do not answer my questions about payment. At the moment, I have given them a deadline of 26. 10. 2020 to pay my bill if I do not pay, I will go to the police and the court. I encourage everyone to watch out for this business.
