Question about downloading apps

I am unable to find instructions for downloading apps (streaming). The users manual does not cover it and the two remotes I have do not have a ‘home’ button as the instructions on YouTube says you have to push before doing anything else. This brand of tv only last less than 2 years. Not a good brand at all. Even if I buy a year of warranty it was over. And I wasn’t even compensated fir anything.

This brand doesnt last, not a good brand. I bought mine 2019 and it just stopped working. Resetting didnt do anything. They should have replaced it. Even if I bought warranty, they still wont replace it. Sooo disappointed. User’s recommendation: Not to buy this brand.
