Returns are a VERY frustrating experience!

Pathetic return process!! 54 minutes on phone with their customer service person – who was very hard to understand- and still dont have a label to return !! User’s recommendation: Reconsider ring.

I called 3 or 4 weeks ago about deleting my recordings. I was told that they would put in a trouble ticket and be notified of the disposition. That never happened. Was I just Blown off?

When I want to delete all of my recordings, I would use the delete all option and all of the recordings would disappear from my screen. Ring Flood light Camera

After 13 months…(warranty is 12 months) the Ring Floodlight Camera stops completely. Went through reboot instructions, to no effect. Called customer tech service and they failed. CS said one month out of warranty, no refund or replacement. User’s recommendation: We should have read the reviews first. Should not have purchased camera or video service.
