I was assured my garbage would be picked up on a Tuesday after a pause in service. Garbage was not picked up I was notified I would be charged for pickup before next week .
Trash truck has consistently showed up late at inconsistent times of the day and many times pickup is the following day again late. User’s recommendation: find an alternative if possible.
Paid for roll off, and it’s 2 days late and no one knows anything nor can help you with anything. And they try everything to not get you your money back. 4 hours on phone and still nothing User’s recommendation: Don’t use this company.
