I will try to explain Accenta's situation in the sum. Accenta's former owner Jake and accountant Christian did not pay salaries! It was, but now Jake Melnis has been removed from the board, so Annie has been removed from office for dishonest actions and misappropriation of company funds! Accenta is now a new owner trying to work out Alda and Kristina's mess so that customers can trust Virma. Gradually, little by little, it also happens! Designers are paid regular salaries. As for the production of Aija - there I completely agree that Aija is not at all interested in working with designers. Since she has Alda's brother, in the past Jake replaced her and couldn't do anything with Aija - she was a special breast. But either.... there is no more Jake to defend them. So she now has changed her attitude a lot, because she felt that the new owner of Accenta was paying her salaries! I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that Accenta and Manufacturing Quadrex are 2 different companies. Unfortunately, Quadrex is unable or unwilling to cooperate with Accenta, lying all the time. Accenta is trying to get Quadrex to live up to its responsibilities, as a result of which both customers and designers suffer. Designers have to call Aija several times a day to find out information about the order, and the designers are not confident or Aija is telling the truth...
