To order magazines

I spent 2 hrs. trying to order a magazine online. No luck with password, so I called you to order over the phone, and I was disconnected! No one called me back, so I gave up!!!

I needed to cancel my subscription.

After nany attempts to do it on the website, I finally contacted someone and it was taken care of easily and quickly, BTW – I extremely object to using the word “pissed” in the customer service link.

Calling customer service

That really burns me that when I call for information on an American Magazine I end up talking with someone in the Philippines. Please keep our jobs here in our county!!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: Please refuse to speak to someone in another country.
