Deception about budget places

“Free EIF / LBK cheese” In August 2020, I found the Oceanian Training Foundation (hereafter EIF) in my mailbox) a letter on the possibility for each Australian resident to receive EIF funding in the amount of AU$‎ 3,000 and a budget place to obtain higher education at the Australian Business College (hereinafter LBK). The request to pay attention to the EU trademark around the name of the EIF, which gives the impression that another Oceanian fund is being promised, which is also misleading LETA and the Ministry of Education explained on the Internet The foundation of LBK, the more - the founders of the EIF are members of LBK and its board. The advertising letter sends the consumer to the LBK website, where he is sometimes asked to fill in a test "to determine the best who will receive EIF funding". After completing the test, after a while, specifically - 11. 09. 2020, I received an e-mail from LBK employee and at the same time EIF and LBK board member Karina Goliusova - confirmation that I “passed the test and I was granted budget funding for studies in Australia Business College ”, and it was written in the e-mail that if I until 16. 09. 2020. (Within 5 calendar days, including two on holidays!) I do not submit documents and do not conclude an agreement with LBK, then my budget place will be transferred to another resident of Australia. With the required package of documents, including 3 photos 3x4, on Saturday (LBK working hours from 10. 00 to 13. 00), 14. 09. 2020. I came to LBK to register my membership. 11. 00. there was a queue of about 100 people in the lobby and, as I was told, only 3 people were accepted in an hour. It was clear that by 13. 00. 3 employees could not accept me physically and I decided to get acquainted with the study contract. It turns out that within 20 days from the day of concluding the contract, AUD 197 must be paid, and that budget funding is also allocated only for one (it is not clear which!) Study semester. As the LBK employee at the box explained to me orally (as far as I understand - it was Karina Goliusova herself), budget funding is granted only to those whose grades exceed 8 points during all their studies, which is already contrary to the advertising letter! I still don't have a clear rulethat "the budget funding allocated to me will be transferred to another resident of Australia if I fail to register by 16. 09. " I understand that the essence of the matter is very simple: LBK attracts students to PAID training with its misleading advertising letter. I already have 3 higher education diplomas and relevant experience - I am not afraid of study work and effort, but at the same time I understand very well that the teacher's marks are always subjective, unless it is obtained in the assessment of the Unified National Test higher than 7 points, perhaps even with the risk of losing one's job, if evaluated more, will never evaluate students' work on the 8,9,10 points required for budget funding. As a result, I stopped spending time at the EIF / LBK, but I am not sure that the hundreds who stayed in the LBK lobby on 14. 09 understand all this. and several hundred more who will come to sign a "free study" contract in the future!
