Over charged. .

Because I was charged twice on May 29th and May 30th I have an unlimited pass , Whereas I pay 22.58 monthly ,I was also charged 20.00 dollar on May 29th please resolve this problem Asap!..

No live customer service available, and I have an urgent issue.

Trying for 20 minutes and no luck on finding a number to get a live person to help me. Only email with no guaranteed quick response. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! User’s recommendation: You better not need customer service!

Can’t get a refund.

There is no live customer service. We cant reach any location directly. We purchased tickets choosing one location and the website automatically switched us to a different location without us realizing.
