Stayed at Red Roof Inn in Lubbock in March 2021. The hotel is in disrepair and should be closed until the safety hazards are dealt with. The halls were dark, no carpet and dirty. A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
