Lubbock stay

Stayed at Red Roof Inn in Lubbock in March 2021. The hotel is in disrepair and should be closed until the safety hazards are dealt with. The halls were dark, no carpet and dirty. Filled a formal complaint and have had no one call me back when they are supposed to. Goes right along with that *** Hotel , *** central watson rd by six flags in arlington texas. Never again User’s recommendation: Do not stay there.

Safety Hazard

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Gallup, New Mexico, April 13, 2021. Room 233 When we walked in the room there was a chirping noise that was going off every thirty seconds. I was charged an incidentals hold of 120.00 for the room. The room smelled of smoke before I arrived. I really didn’t think I needed to say anything because I am also a smoker and I didn’t mind the smell of smoke. It took me close to 2 weeks in order to become aware of…

Service

A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
