2nd floor flooded and wet my laptop. I let front desk know immediately and they won’t even acknowledge it. I haven’t been able to work due to this which makes it very hard to pay for my rooms, as well they put me and my family out for speaking with another about it.

A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
