They stole

I am identifying this issue on behalf of Richard Paris, who was a guest at the Cookeville TN property 7-18. Rick left his cell phone in his room. I started making calls on Monday to Cookeville. They had the cell phone at the front desk and would give it to the manager…
I got no help from your organization! The roach infestation is horrible. The other guests ignore quiet hours! They are loud throughout the night and totally ignored the front desk worker. This place has sweet employees, but the facility and the guests are horrible!!!
They require security deposit way higher than the booking and they hold it for decades. So if you’re not prepared for this money to be on hold for centuries do something els

Service

A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
