All my luggage was stolen from my room cutting my stay short by one day, staff was rude and unhelpful and Im still waiting for my refund a week later User’s recommendation: Just don’t!!
Very bad management. Had to sleep with sliding door open. Jammed. Nobody to call or to be seen at midnight. Room 120. Very rude. . Dirty. Under construction. They didn’t care.
I stayed for three nites then got overcharged the 4th nite by 24.00 and complained I got 10.00 of it back. People out on the walkway ßympa phi-ing. Im calling and filing a complaint. No one wanted to help us and the Rooms were not ready. I booked for a long stay and now I cancelled it. Theyre cabrinfing me 118 dollars for a came all around charge. I am not going to pay it the way we were treated. User’s recommendation: Never visit.

A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
