Dishonesty towards customers
Hello, A couple of weeks ago I went on a trip abroad and I was just outraged by the way natural people at Melbourne Airport treat travelers. Sloppy and rude. Just disgusting. How can people be hired? My girlfriend's bag was a little bigger (front pocket out because there were cosmetics and a book). The airport staff was not satisfied and she asked for the belongings to be thrown out or not to be allowed on the plane. All this was said very rudely and intolerantly. Despite the fact that we had just missed people with a 2L large bottle of water in their hands and much larger bags that were not tested. When the plane was already delayed and we were not even close to boarding, another Airport employee came to find out,what about the case. She even had big eyes, which is a problem, and sent my girlfriend on a plane. The woman, who asked for the belongings to be taken out, just shouted to go so that the plane would not fight. No apologies or explanations for what and why? We flew away and everything was fine. The holidays were well spent, but the beginning was disgusting. I don't want to be in contact with Melbourne Airport employees anymore.
