No help for bad parts

Delay in part

Part ordered on back order 4 months and car is still in shop with no hope of getting part. Estimated date of delivery continually being changed. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Dodge.

Mopar will not honor a Mopar maintenance agreement they sold me. I am not able to talk to anyone. The automated system keeps hanging up on me. What a piece of. User’s recommendation: Don’t by anything supported by Mopar.
