I have a question regarding a vintage RCAVictor machine

I have no complaints. I'm not pissed! My father passed on and left me his vintage RCA vinyl record disc cutting machine He bought it before 1945, somewhere upstate New York. Of that, I am certain. Can the diamond cutting needles still be found? Also, is my machine valuable? I am stroke disabled and hoping someone can tell me what it is worth.
