Receiving Shipments
Hello! At work in the morning I received a text message from pasts.org that a shipment with such and such a number has been received in my name. Around noon I went to post office 1024 to receive the shipment. I stood in line at the post office for more than half an hour, when it was my turn to name the item number, the employee asked me if the message had been received on the same day - to which I answered - yes. I received an answer that I will be able to pick up the shipment only after 16:00, which was not mentioned in the message. So the question is, shouldn't this note about the time of receipt be written in the message? Because how do I know that?
