I’ve lost my coating on my big pot and my med. Fry pan. Can you help me please? I’m very handicapped.
I purchased a 14 piece cookware set from Macys, opened the box todaythe 6 qt dutch oven is warped, visually warped, the lid does not fit and sit on the cookware as it should. Would like it replaced. And please dont tell me to return the entire set to Macys. Thats not an option

Response time took super long then they didn’t want to assist me with my damaged pan from a set I purchased. I sent photos and everything. Not customer friendly at all. Will not purchase again, sad as I am a Rachael Ray fan. 🙁 User’s recommendation: Stay clear. Awful service.
