Maybe it's not a complaint, more outrage about service. In the spring I bought a phone in xMobile salon. Just recently, the screen suddenly didn't show anything anymore, just a blue screen and everything... So that the phone still has a warranty, I went to the place where I bought the phone, xMobile salon. I came here, a young, smiling woman asked me if I wanted anything, I said that, I told the problem and she started working with papers... I asked how long and how I will be notified that the phone is out of warranty. She replied that I would be called... I printed out the agreement and gave me another phone instead, but... the phone number was not asked... Hm... Which number are you going to call me?, I asked... Let's say, the seller, the young, smiling woman replied to me, oh... forgot... ?! Well, well, it happens: ) then the seller printed out the agreement in triplicate, but... gave me to sign one, myself with signed on that one... Hm! Interestingly asked, do I not need to sign on those two copies? Oh... what's happening to me today, the answer... The best thing was, I understand that she was studying, had just taken a new job, but next to her stood a store manager and did not seem to know... It already shows something... I was offered another phone instead, but from I refused this attitude, it seemed suspicious and unreliable...
