Declined at store but approved on app

I tried purchasing at the store and got declined at store but approved on the app for 437.28. I had to do multiple transactions of 100.00 and shows all to be approved. I would like the 437.28 to be taken off since it was declined

I had return item back to Amazon that I ordered and I am still being charged.

When calling the number they disconnected you after 1 minute. I been calling for the past hour. I guess I will have to go to BBB and let them handle the situation which shouldn’t be the case especially when you pay your bill to them
