Unable to get a response.

I have made several attempts to contact Quadpay, with no response. My bank and credit cards were frozen as someone was trying to use them. My cards will be here tomorrow the 14th. I am refusing to pay any late fees as this was not my fault.

It’s sad I cannot get through to customer service not good

When I call it says to hit zero, then they hang up!! This was not my fault that my cards are frozen. I called Wells Fargo and my new cards will be tomorrow the 14th. I will not pay any late fees. You have a nice day.
