Call support lucky if you understand the English, but have owned two systems > Both hard to work and not reliable. After support help works for a day and back to failed connection. Do not and I will never purchase this crap. Only if you want frustration. Pure Junk. A lot of wasted money.
The product itself is quite good. Nice UI, easy access, very clear images. But once you have a problem or question, forget about customer support. They will simply ignore you. If (and I mean IF) they do reply, it will usually be completely irrelevant or useless.
