The app always seems to be NOT working. Wasted many hours and updates trying to fix it. Bad Customer service does not help. I already changed 3 qsee systems (DVR and cameras). Every system had issues with the app not working while trying to view remotely. Works for few days then stopped working. They it will work...

I have a ptz camera that does not work properly also i have been consistently having problems with the dvr as far as accessing my feed from my phone it has been hit or miss to say the least and i can not afford not to be able to see my security system while im not there
