Can only watch my cameras remotely if I am connected to the same wifi as the system. Terrible these changes!

I can’t connect to my phone its saying network issues they never answered the phone not even they contacted back nothing this is not good all was properly with the network User’s recommendation: Very bad customer experience there phone is not working how should we contact.
Cannot seam to resolve this issue, covered them up, tried powering down several times, but no luck, do they have to be replaced? User’s recommendation: Not a reliable system, multiple camera failures, and network drops frequently.
I just wonder are you still in services. I dial-up 187******** for a few times. It responded that phone number was not in service.
