Scam they charged my card but never sent the product

I placed an order and never received the item. When I call them they tell me that sorry contact the post office for a refund. They hung up on me. I called the credit card company and disputed my charge. SCAM 100%

Want to return for a full refund

Update by user Apr 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Original review posted by user Apr 12, 2021 I returned the product because it didnt work. I used the provided return label and never received a refund.

Poor product and distributor commits fraud

The product does not work period. One year after purchase of the product, the distributor sends me an email stating that I am being billed for recurring fees in the amount of $381.00.
