Promises a car, but it doesn't drive
Complaints don't like to write, but Panda Taxi was very upset tonight. I called a taxi around midnight before I could ask how long I would have to wait, the operator had already hung up. Well, there was no big hurry, I was waiting. After 20 minutes I was called with the text that unfortunately all the cars are busy, will I wait another 15-20 minutes? I agreed to wait. After the promised 20 minutes, of course, the car has not arrived yet, I call the operator herself with the question of what will look like, how long to wait, followed by the answer: "Never look, we there is no free car, or I would not be comfortable to walk until...
