Still no resolution!

They contacted me through email, nothing has been done yet to fix the problem. i had excellent service until a couple of weeks back, started all of a sudden. like someone turned something on or off. anyone else with other providers can use their cells perfect reception…

Think it long and hard before you switch, if your willing to call and stay on the line for 30 to 1 hr multiple times in a day, it may be worth to switch.

I applied for international calling, to Mexico, and have been on the phone 3 times and 1 hr of hold time; no resolution. From customer service to tech support and back to customer service. Poor Service an unable to port my #s to a new provider.

I just filed a complaint with FCC, I’ve tried to get my numbers (Business) ported to Consumer Cellular and they will not release them. So I’ve been out of cell service for 2 weeks.
