Rude Attitude
The thing is that I gave my husband a subscription to Auto Bild Australia magazine for 2008. I also pay with the same internet bank. The bill came that all was well. 15. 01. I didn't have a log in my mailbox yet, so I called 8008001, where I gave all the billing numbers and details, took another cell phone number from me, and said that if there were any problems, I would definitely call me back. 17. 01. also the mailbox is empty, I called again. I asked why no one called me if there were any problems that the magazine could not be delivered here in Melbourne, but the employee answered me that they did not call anyone back.
