Order Delayed

For the second week in a row, my order has been shipped from Bakker Holland, but I still haven't received it at my 46th post office in Brisbane.. Where is my order delayed? Two weeks ago, I called the Bakker Holland Australian customer service center and there I was told that my order had been shipped from the Netherlands for a couple of days, but as of today, ie October 6, it has still not been received at the 46th post office. How long from the moment of its arrival in Australia should Australian Post deliver to customers at post offices in Canberra?
