Need new remote control

It just stop working. And I’m trying to get a new remote control for my mom’s tv. All I know is it’s a 32in Proscan TV. My mom is 65 so she doesn’t remember where she put the receipt. So I’m trying to help he get a new remote control for her tv.

Poor customer service, clueless to even the most simple issue

Bought Proscan TV Dec 2017, installed right away all good, About April 2018 my puppy eats most of the remote yet basic functions remain, Sept 2018 I order a new Proscan remote thru Amazon identical to original and contact Proscan/Curtis for help to re-program the new remote, within the next 6 months I spend about 6 hours...
