Poor service

Today I entered the branch of Melbourne 6th Post Office. The attitude was simply superia. To receive your shipment you had to stand in a separate line. Because the operators just ignored me and not just me. Standing 20. Min. And I don't receive it with my shipment. I ask if the shipments are not issued, to which I was told that they are not. And it is said that the post offices are working quickly. I wouldn't say anything if I had someone in front of me. But I was the first to receive the packet. You just have to choose another post office but not this one. Operators are also braked.
