I expected my order to come much sooner and had specific plans to us parts of it with my clients! I still have not received anything!

I thought I ordered a product from Prevention Magazine but have not received it. I am concerned that I might not receive what I paid for, and it was a considerable price. User’s recommendation: Be sure you keep good paper records to trace what and when you ordered.

Did not want to renew subscription

getting an invoice for late payment i did not renew my subscription my acct # 051891**** my subscription is void please do not send me any more!!!!!! if I wanted it I would have renewed it . thank you.

Our email address changed and wanted Prevention to know it for billing purposes. It was updated. Representative was very helpful. User’s recommendation: Great magazine with excellent articles.

Prevention Digital Subscription can’t cancel auto renewal

They have instructions under FAQ that says login to account, you can cancel subscription. No I can’t. There’s an option to temporarily suspend. They have directions to email them, I like having things in writing. 3 days in a row after selecting drop down option Prevention digital subscription, then the next drop down doesn’t have a choice... I wrote to Prevention Magazine on 7/17/21. You asked the status. I have heard Nothing. I have received two invoices requesting payment, but received none of my merchandise. User’s recommendation: Do not make payment until you receive the merchandise. Good items once you get it.
