Is impossible to get a customer service on the phone or e-mail no respond

Resolved: Order not shipped after 8 days

Update by user Aug 01, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I also filed a complaint with the BBB but the issue was resolved after the PissedConsumer complaint with a full refund. They subsequently sent me a package of Prettylitter that I will try..
