Defective 3-way GE bulbs

I purchased 2 – 2 packs of GE 3-way 50;100;150w bulbs. The first bulb I tried to use wouldn’t work at all. The inside of the bulb looks “scratched” with black lines running through it. I was very happy with the out come . The person handling me problem was great…….. How ever it took many calls to get to the right person and the right department…..

Resolved: Does not stand behind its products, does not respond to complaints

Update by user Aug 16, 2018 Replacement lenses were provided. Update by user Aug 16, 2018 Jasco, mfg of subject fixtures, has provided replacement lenses. That is great and is certainly appreciated, although I will never figure out why it took 3 months. Anyway, issue resolved, GE and Jasco are on my nice list again. Original review... Read more➤
