5 out of 7 cranked windows all stripped. Can’t close them. I paid a lot of money for these windows. Now what?????????

Has very poor installations. living room window was not even screwed onto studs, they had to redo it. Bedroom window was very loose, had to redo, bathroom window was too tight couldn’t open, had to redo, door installed was leaking from window, had to get new one.
