Samsung keeps setting up apppointments with Lake electronics and they never show up or respond. Been without ice with a 2 yr old Samsung since November. Have called Samsung numerous times. This is third time icemaker has quit working. User’s recommendation: Never ever buy a Samsung refrigerator or use Lake Electronics.
I just need an icemaker that works. Company for Christmas and no ice . Also had no ice for Thanksgiving. Been since November 30 User’s recommendation: Can’t count on them. Won’t even answer phone.
I have had nothing but a run around for a month more from Lake Electronics!!! They won’t take your call, say to call Barbara in half an hour, then nobody answers or returns calls. They have made appointments, cancelled and rescheduled for a MONTH, this is a newer unit, and they say they will pay for it...
