Has very poor installations. living room window was not even screwed onto studs, they had to redo it. Bedroom window was very loose, had to redo, bathroom window was too tight couldn't open, had to redo, door installed was leaking from window, had to get new one. Now 5 out of 7 windows won't close because teeth are stripped!!!!! What am I supposed to do. Bought a "universal" crank and it doesn't fit. I can't afford new windows and you don't change windows every 10-15 years.
