2020. In the spring of 2006, we purchased a trip through AuAir. The kids got sick and the trip was canceled. AuAir offered to refund the amount of taxes, which was around 90 dollars, or issue an e-voucher for next trips. I agreed to the coupon. Because, I think I'll definitely use it in the coming year. We are currently planning a trip in the autumn and it turns out that I am 7 days late and I am refused to extend it, because you see, I have agreed to that deadline. The term was 6 months. Ok, the deadline is overdue, I fool myself, I don't follow, but by calling and asking to extend the deadline, it is purely human, at least for a few days, because when I finally leave with AuAir this month, I am refused and argued with it,that I myself have agreed to such a deadline. And here comes the principle of justice. In my e-mail correspondence with the AuAir manager, I discovered that she had not warned me about the 6-month period before offering and purchasing the coupon. Now it turns out that I am accused of having agreed to the e-coupon myself with that deadline. Even reading the AuAir website, it is written that deadlines may vary, but there is no mention of some time. Dear AuAir, If I had known it was 6 months I would not have agreed because my family and I do not travel so often. So it all looks like misleading customers in order to make extra profit. :( sorry, but let's choose another airline for all future trips.
