I can 100% join the previous complaint about this company's customer service. Purple Fittings was visited during the Black Friday campaign (November 2019), which promised up to 25% off merchandise. The store did not have any information about discounts next to the goods. "I'm not sure that customers weren't discriminated against, at least on the basis of gender, because the" seller "seems to have a special treatment for women. The choice of fabric took enough time for the" seller "to cant talk to other customers, mentioning that "it's been there for an hour... " the invoice sent from the store looked like the work of a first-grader, because there is no information about the product, only the model and amount. At the time of ordering, I recommend categorically requesting that the invoice contain all the information about the product (name, model, size, weight, date of receipt of the product). I made a mistake paying my bill and then requesting full information because my emails were ignored. The bill was not corrected either. I was not given a specific date of receipt of the product at the time of placing the order. It sounded like 6 weeks, not including Christmas. According to my calculations, when the deadline was approaching, I tried to contact the store (they are far from the salon) by phone to find out the date of receipt of the goods. We have to talk about delivery... During 3 phone calls I repeated the same thing: "you will be sent a text message"... Really, knowing that they do not have the opportunity to store the goods for a long time, they do not even know when the goods will be delivered in 6 weeks? I don't know... During the phone call, the "seller" considered it necessary to point out to me that the item I will have to remove as soon as I call him... Compared to me, with some other customers of the same name. And dropped the handset... I met such a disgusting attitude towards the customer for the first time. The desire to call again declined... I wrote another e-mail with a request to correct the invoice and provide me with the necessary information about the product and the date of receipt. I reminded purple fittings about the consumer's right to receive such information. I threaten with submissions to the Consumer Protection Center (for failure to provide information), the SRS (for unclear discount policy), the police (for criminally obtained funds from me), the Data Protection Center (for the distribution of other customers' data by telephone).
