Fraud
Due to Wolt's advertisement that Pastot 2 B&J ice cream pints, 3. Dauja as a gift, the company decided to order an ice cream movie for the evening from Home Of Ice Cream. Instead of 3 ice creams, only two came, and when I asked the customer support what the case was, the answer was that the ice cream in the particular restaurant had run out and a special question had to be asked. To the question - how could I know when ordering (I use one of the restaurants to which the advertising link led), and why, no one contacted or informed before the order was fulfilled (then I would have canceled or ordered the 3rd himself), customer service specialist did not consider it necessary to reply. The advertisement for the promotion on the website is still there, although it was said the day before that "the restaurant has run out of ice cream", there were no conditions that the order should look "special" or that the number of ice cream is limited. As if a trifle, but now a little piggy on the part of companies and misleading customers. I will choose bolt services in the future, although I have used wolt regularly before. I understand that problems can arise, but now they should be addressed, not ignored chat posts.
